POV: the miserable one

 

It’s summer again

There’s nothing much lately

It’s been the same for over nine years

Until that one uncommon day

 

You saw me, I saw you

We’re both looking at each other, throwing some jokes

But suddenly, you pulled me to the nearest creek

You said that I need to accompany you

 

The beam of light shone through the leaves

Coloring your gorgeous gaze

The cosmos flowers around you,

Can’t even match your beauty

 

At that very moment,

You showed me your true self

 

Suddenly you made me realized that you’re always here, by my side

You told me how precious I am for you,

 

It sure was a lovely day

And even after whatever our chaotic experiences together,

You’re still here, right by my side

 

POV: the beloved one

 

If I remember correctly, 

It was you, wasn't it?

The guy that were always holding a bouquet of flowers, 

across the street

Well, maybe you can blame my disease, 

if I turn out to be wrong for that

 

The flowers that you hold, 

is still as pretty as I can remember 

 

But, why are you here?

Why are you showing me such sorrowful eyes?

Today’s weather is nice

It’s full of fluffy clouds,

it’s your most-liked day, right?

 

Even though I love having a companion,

but,

Aren’t you starting to get tired of me?

can’t even leave the room, for a long time

 

Why are you so persistent?

Why are you wasting your youth, by being here? 

with me?

 

Can you tell me the reason?
